Kate Moss spring summer 10 Topshop collection
Kate Moss And Her New Topshop Collection
Arm yourself ladies and prepare for the scrum because Kate Moss’ new Topshop collection is out. This spring summer collection will be her twelfth for the UK High Street chain. And her appeal – or rather our love of her clothes – shows no sign of waning.
The spring summer collection contains 86 pieces. It’s floaty and flirtious with plenty of chiffon and frills. Silhouettes are billowing and hippie rather than tailored. There's denim, underwear, capes, jackets, shorts and tops. But dresses are the strongest presence in the collection. There are 31 to choose from, making up almost half with maxi, day and evening all covered. But as Kate herself says, that’s what Topshop boss Sir Philip Green demands. She said: “He always wants more dresses. Dresses, dresses, dresses.”
All in all, this collection gets a thumbs up from us. Our favs are the crepe shorts – very Gwyneth Paltrow, the beautiful vintage jacket, the silk cape and the Treehouse print dress. Our only issue is the price of some of the items. A maxi dress at £120.00 and suede leggings at £250.00? Yes they’re lovely but it’s hardly the prices Topshop customers are used to.
We’ve put a selection of 15 items opposite. Let us know if you’ll be buying and what it will be. Kate Moss Topshop collection is on sale May 20 2010.

Hmm agreed. I'm not sure I've ever really considered TopShop a "cheap" fashion outlet. It's cheap compared to Gucci, but that should hardly means anything!
