Celebrity Looks Of The Week from the MTV VMAs

It was all about expression and extroverts at this year's MTV VMAs. Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and chums didn't disappoint.
Here's some of the highlights:

Lady Gaga paid tribute to designer Alexander McQueen wearing a Renaissance print dress by the designer with towering 12 inch Armadillo shoes from his final collection.

Singer Katy Perry wore a risque Marchesa dress with black embroidered detail paired with pictures of hubby-to-be Russell Brand on her nails.

RnB star Ciara wore a feathered dress with see through bodice by Givinchy.

Glamour came from The Hills stars Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt who added plenty of sparkle to the red carpet. Audrina wore a glittering silver Isaac Mizrahi dress with diamond jewellery. And Stephanie shone in a sequinned Nicole Miller maxi dress.

And British singer Florence Welch shone in gold Givenchy.
