Winning Celebrity Looks - Kate's Royal Tour fashion highlights
Kate, Duchess of Cambridge recently returned from her first overseas visit as a royal. Her tour of Canada and California saw her wear 23 different outfits. Here's some of my favourites:
Kicking off the tour in style, Kate wore a brilliant Canada Day themed maple leaf fascinator by Sylvia Fletcher for Lock & Co. And the colour combo of white and red was perfect for the Canada Day celebrations. Plus the thrifty Duchess wore the Reiss dress from her engagement photo.
Proving she can do casual chic just as well, Kate wore a gorgeous white Alice Temperley blouse for the Calgary Stampede Parade celebration. And love the white cowboy hat.
For her Canada departure, Kate wore an elegant red coat dress by Catherine Walker - Princess Diana's favourite designer. The colour is gorgeous and her hair was pulled back into a demi-chignon.
Kate chose a sublime Roksanda Ilincic dress for her LA arrival. The draping and the colour are so elegant and I love this style on her.
And I had to include the beautiful Alexander McQueen dress Kate wore to the BAFTA party in LA. It takes a lot to steal the limelight from the likes of Blake Lively, Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Lopez - in a cut-out dress no less - but Kate managed it.
